Lauderdale, I respect your good heart, but I’m so done expending any of my positive energy on those who spend their lives going out of their way to make other people miserable for no apparent reason. I care a lot more about how he made others feel – for years – than how his kids feel today. Everyone dies eventually. But not everyone is obligated to be an asshole beforehand.

Cheerio torching was not his only offering. He had posted a series of sputtering anti-gay, anti-marriage vids on YouTube, a fact uncovered after his arson got famous. The whole package deserves to be remembered by anyone feeling sympathetic.

And he was 65. His children, giggling in the background and diving into the getaway car, are likely old enough to be on their own. How they come to terms with his example will be their problem, but they did seem to enjoy the fire video.

LOL, I have a feeling is he going to blow a head gasket when he finds out Jesus was a Jew.

I feel for his kids. Growing up without a father, specially when you know him and have a relationship with him, must be very hard.
