It has long been painfully apparent that NOM’s modus operandi is anti-gay animus.

And it’s interesting – every time NOM has had to debate its talking points, they lose badly. The latest being Brian Brown v. Dan Savage. Savage trounced Brown.

And in the courts – a number have exposed the bigotry to even the lowest levels of scrutiny and found the bigots arguments wanting.
