Indeed, the Iowa Supreme Court made this very point in its ruling that legalized same-sex marriage in that state.  Religious organizations that approve of same-sex marriage, such as the United Church of Christ, are denied their First Amendment right to free exercise of relgion when civil law limits marriage to one man / one woman.</description>
