The Supreme Curt has published its Order List:
http://www.supremecourt.gov/orders/courtorders/100112zor.pdf

The Diaz, Windsor and Proposition 8 cases are not mentioned. Presumably, the court has not yet decided whether it will hear those appeals, perhaps because it wants to consider all the marriage equality cases together. Some are speculating it is delaying announcing a decision until after the election.

However the court stated that it denied certiorari in the NOM V McKee case. So, that appeal will not be heard. The decisions of the Court of Appeals against NOM will stand.

The second paragraph says "Charles Ives" instead of "George." (Charles Ives was the American composer, who may have slipped into your thoughts.)
