He was elected to perform a duty and that is to ensure the laws are applied equally. If his conscience tells him he can not perform his duties, he can resign for the greater good and allow someone else to take his place. I don’t sympathize in the least. He was elected to perform a duty and that is to ensure the laws are applied equally. If his conscience tells him he can not perform his duties, he can resign for the greater good and allow someone else to take his place.
