		<description>What is the source of this evident &#039;blood-lust&#039; the Ugandan government has for any expression of same sex attraction?  Is it the bible?  I have wondered how same sex attraction was regarded before so-called Christian missionaries displaced traditional views and values, although I am aware that the British introduced Victorian morality to many of its colonies (e.g. India, Jamaica).</description>
