The ADF just awarded Frank Wolf a prize.

http://www.adfmedia.org/News/PRDetail/?CID=60720

I guess he deserved it for the letter he published on the old Manhattan Declaration blog that is now MIA.

I left a similar post over at Joe.My.God.

My assessment of this situation was that she didn't have sex with this girl, but was acting more like a pimp. And further, I speculated that perhaps this girl might have been suspected of being lesbian and was pimped out to 'correct' her sexual orientation.

I was a tutor/mentor counselor for a 16 year old lesbian years ago, who told me her father had one of his friends try to rape her to do just that.
She was able to fight him off, and she was placed in a foster home for LGBT kids in the GLASS network (Gay/Lesbian Adolescent Social Services).
Regardless whether a girl is lesbian or not, their vulnerability is so damn hackle raising.

And this just makes the screening of adults like myself, and finding adults who can be trusted with teens that much tougher.
Which I don't mind actually. But very good, competent and well meaning adults will also be difficult to find.
Because they already are.

Priya, I suspect that's the case for a great many of the antigays, if you catch my drift. Unfortunately for them, the other demon comes peeping out like a snaky alien from a spaceman's stomach.

Markanthony, I was surprised it was a woman too, but after reading the story I think her motivation was money rather than sexual desire.

Chris, the key words are projection and deflection. They seem to be the MO of so many of the religiously motivated.

So they are so against LGBT Rights that they will seduce, transport and addict to prove that is what we might do given the same rights as 85 percent of Americans. I don't think the reasoning has changed since Anita Bryant's Day in the Judgment Seat, but even Anita did not resort into child Porn and exploitation to prove her point. I guess Kool-Aid is not just for kids, adults will go to the barrel willingly and drink if they feel it will justify their own fears and prejudice.
