Randy, Tears were shed once again as I read your eloquent and poignant article.As Bob Rafsky said we all need to continue to honor those that died by speaking out for social justice for all.Randy thank you so much for telling a story that needs to be told.Finally words seems so lacking but I just need to say “I am so very proud of my brother Peter.”

I know they’re teaching Harvey Milk in CA schools. They should be teaching Peter Staley, too. It’s incredible that he’s survived — and what a puppy face he had back then… hard to believe to look at him now!

Randy, thank you for writing this. Peter is truly a hero. I too, was with Peter, Mark, and others where we founded TAG out of frustrated with T&D work we had done. I remain a supporter of both TAG and ACTUPNY in the fight against AIDS. I am glad to remain friends with Peter, Mark, Greg, Barbara, Garance and others in TAG and those still committed to direct action in ACTUPNY. John, Nanette, Ken, George, Brent, and others in ACTUPNY. I’m glad WE ALL ARE STILL MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN AIDS, hoping for a cure, and still fighting for our lives. Timothy Lunceford
