Timothy Kincaid, I am fiscally conservative and socially liberal, but I would NEVER be a Republican. I suspect the same is true of this young man.

I happen to have a good memory, and, at least during my lifetime, the Republicans have NOT been and never were fiscally conservative anymore than they were socially liberal. Putting useless wars on a credit card is not fiscally conservative. Passing out corporate welfare is not fiscally conservative. Rewarding cronies with government jobs and contracts is not fiscally conservative.

I for one hope they don’t keep up with the right wing nuts approach, but they have lost my vote for as long as they do that.

A dig??? Are you kidding???

Ron Howard was probably the most adored actor for some 20 year period. No one didn’t love Opie and Richie Cunningham was the quintessential American teenager. And from what I’ve heard (admittedly not much), Howard is a nice guy in person.

I think that Hosie is adorable. He has a gee shucks likable smile and a face that looks open and ready to face the world.

And yes, he looks like young Ron Howard. I just happen to think that’s a good thing.
