		<description>I&#039;m not at all surprised that Corporate America is supporting marriage equality.  They led the way on domestic partner benefits, even though that meant that they had to change their benefits systems and payroll systems to provide for it.  Some corporations are now paying the additional taxes that people who avail themselves of DP benefits must pay on the imputed income.

Having marriage equality would make all of the above no longer necessary.  And since corporate diversity initiatives and LGBT employee resource groups have been around for 20 years now, most of Corporate America has accepted us.</description>
