The Falklands are a direct possession of the British Crown, I believe, and probably would be affected. But what about the Channel Islands? And in the case of the US, don't forget Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Marianas. (Although we can't even seem to get American labor laws to apply there.) They are at least semi-autonomous.
