Arrests in Lesbian Gang Rape Case

We reported on the brutal Bay-area gang rape of an unidentified Lesbian a few weeks ago. She was singled out because she had a rainbow sticker on her car. Now we can pass on the news that there have been three arrests so far:

Richmond police on Wednesday arrested a 15-year-old male and 21-year-old Humberto Hernandez Salvadore at their Richmond homes. The 15-year-old was charged with felony counts of sexual assault, kidnapping and robbery, said Richmond Police Lt. Mark Gagan. Salvadore, who authorities described as the ringleader in the incident, was charged with felony counts of kidnapping to commit a sex crime, carjacking, rape, gang rape, as well as charged associated with probation violation and felonies committed while on probation.

…A sixteen-year-old male from Hercules turned himself in around midnight, was charged with felonies related to the alleged rape and kidnapping and was also being held in a juvenile detention center. The teenager, who was known by the nickname “Blue,” was accompanied by his family, Gagan said.

Salvadore is being regarded as the ringleader, giving orders and directions to the three other rapists. A fourth suspect, 21-year-old Josue “Pato” Gonzalez is still at large under a $1 million arrest warrant. He is said to be armed and dangerous. Update: Gonzales turned himself in to police on New Year’s Day.

The 45-minute terror occurred at 9:30 p.m. on December 13 in Richmond, California’s Belding-Wood neighborhood when the woman, whose name has not been released to protect her identity, got out of her vehicle. Her assailants saw the rainbow sticker on her car, and one of them hit her with a blunt object and ordered her to remove her clothing.

After raping her there, they forced her back into her car after her attackers saw someone approaching. She was driven several blocks away, where she was repeatedly raped some more near an apartment complex. The attackers then drove off in her car. The woman, left nearly naked, sought help from a nearby resident who called the police.

Actually, all four are in custody.

Humberto Hernandez Salvadore and the 15-year-old were arrested at their homes.

The 16-year-old turned himself in Wednesday night.

Josué Gonzalez, 21, turned himself in on New Years day.

Gonzalez walked into the Richmond police headquarters with his mother, stepfather and girlfriend just 10 minutes after police finished a midday news conference about their pursuit of Gonzalez, authorities said.

Apparently, the widespread publicity about the case was a factor in Gonzalez’s surrender. The family “saw all the coverage on the news and got so many calls from the family, they came down to the station,” said Richmond police Lt. Mark Gagan.

Yes, but are these alleged rapists, the three Hispanic males, legal citizens of the United States? And why isn’t the media reporting on that aspect of the story?

Castrate the little bastards and throw them into the general population of a prison and leave them to rot, no matter where they’re from! Including the minors!!!

Eric, maybe because they ARE legal citizens and you can assume so unless otherwise, race aside. And since they might be citizens, and might have been born here, there would be no need to include that fact.

I don’t know. Just a thought.

Gays will let this go because the accused are not Caucasian. It’s not like in the 2006 Duke lacrosse rape hoax, where- the (falsely)-accused being white males- gay activists went to Durham to join hate groups like the New Black Panthers in chanting death threats at the accused. (The book Until Proven Innocent covers the embarrassing episode). In this case, the victim doesn’t matter as much as the accused for the psychopathically politically correct gays.

Grown men engaging underaged boys in a rape.
Good God.
The adults in this should never see free air again.
And since a 14 and 15 year old knows what’s wrong, THEY shouldn’t be freed ever again either.
This is a serious crime that was REPEATED over and over and by several people together.
A wolf pack.

I wonder what the DEFENSE is going to bring up?
She shouldn’t have had that sticker on her car?
She shouldn’t have been in such and such neighborhood, even if she lives in it…why was she out walking around?

The defense can think up some pretty ludicrous theories when it comes to crimes against women and gay folks.
There is sociological conflation there in the clear devaluation of who was the object of the assault.

And if any sympathy will be there for her and her pain and suffering.

In the twisted minds of homophobes, they seem to agree on only two things, that lesbians are turned heterosexual by having sex or being raped by men.

Or that they turned gay because of sexual abuse in their childhoods.

Either way, Jesus and getting none is even better!

See why I’d want to tear the hair I don’t have out by the root?
But they never catch their own contradictions in terms. I suppose they count on addressing people not especially sharp enough to notice.

My prayers are with our sister there and that she finds some comfort through her pain and justice after all.

Imagine the outrage if she had been attacked for having a “jesus fish” on her car.

It seems to me to require a peculiar perspective to go to gay websites that are talking about this rape… only to complain there that no one is talking about this rape.

I have reviewed the Gay news sites on this story. Very little coverage. And the coverage there is, is very perfunctory and straight forward. About a paragraph on the story.

If this had been white male southern rednecks, you’d see wall-to-wall coverage, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with hundreds of comments in the comments sections.

I think the Gay Movement folks are really caught in between a rock and a hard place on this. They have no clue what to do.

It’s almost amusing.

Eric : Of course they don’t know what to do. Needless to say, this case is horrible and we all feel bad for the young lady, but for gay activists it’s never about the victim. It’s for who they WANT to be the homophobic enemy. Every one of the homophobic attacks by non-Caucasians (and they are frequent) are barely touched on or ignored. It’s this type of intellectual dishonesty that causes gay activists to get nowhere, because they’re not dealing with reality in day to day life. They’re dealing with a fantasy wishful-thinking scenario where it’s gays/blacks/hispanics/transvestites/Democrats united against evil white/religious/Republican/heterosexual racist men. And the real world is so not like that. Gays and lesbians deserve total equality in this country, but until we ditch the old activists who live in fantasy worlds, and get a new crop of gay activists who deal with the world as it actually is, we’re going to achieve nothing.

What Are Little Boys Made Of?

In this original BTB Investigation, we unveil the tragic story of Kirk Murphy, a four-year-old boy who was treated for “cross-gender disturbance” in 1970 by a young grad student by the name of George Rekers. Slouching Towards Kampala: Uganda’s Deadly Embrace of Hate

When we first reported on three American anti-gay activists traveling to Kampala for a three-day conference, we had no idea that it would be the first report of a long string of events leading to a proposal to institute the death penalty for LGBT people. But that is exactly what happened. In this report, we review our collection of more than 500 posts to tell the story of one nation’s embrace of hatred toward gay people. Paul Cameron’s World

In 2005, the Southern Poverty Law Center wrote that “[Paul] Cameron’s ‘science’ echoes Nazi Germany.” What the SPLC didn”t know was Cameron doesn’t just “echo” Nazi Germany. He quoted extensively from one of the Final Solution’s architects. This puts his fascination with quarantines, mandatory tattoos, and extermination being a “plausible idea” in a whole new and deeply disturbing light.
