In it ta win it.

Dear Jim,

The state of Maine is once again under attack by the radical Homosexual Lobby. Radical activists have forced a homosexual “marriage” initiative — dubbed Maine Question 1 — onto the ballot this November. Despite the fact that Maine voters rejected this very same issue three years ago. Local sources believe the Homosexual Lobby’s plan is to simply “wear out” the pro-Family voters there with fight after fight. And it could very well work.

Many allies of the Family are still recovering from the first fight and simply do not have the energy or resources to pick it up again so soon. Local elements of the Homosexual Lobby are reporting they already have $5 million to spend for homosexual “marriage,” and experts expect more will come in from their powerful allies. The pro-Family forces reportedly have less than 40% of that to fight for real marriage.

…And while you and I will know that even if the Homosexual Lobby does win in Maine, it will be due solely to their vast wealth — but the Homosexual Lobby will use this as “proof” that public opinion has turned in their favor. They will take this one false-positive result and shove it down the throats of politicians in state after state.

…Needless to say, this is a fight Public Advocate must take up. I am still devising our strategy and I don’t want to reveal our hand to the enemy too early. But I need you to be ready to help however you can when the time comes. This November could change everything, if we are not prepared.

And, of course —

P.S. Please prayerfully consider chipping in with a donation of $10 or more to help Public Advocate fight for traditional values.

Let me just say that I wish Eugene all the luck in the world, especially with the fundraising part. In fact, everyone I meet who might be inclined to donate vast sums of money to fight against marriage equality, I intend to refer them to Eugene instead of all those tired people in Maine. Cuz you just know that every dollar they give him will be money well spent.

Can’t sleep at night when his stack of Hamiltons runs low.

Eugene Delgaudio is worried:

Right now, the Supreme Court of the United States is holding the future of morality and marriage in their hands. I am very worried about the number of radical pro-homosexual cases the Court is currently considering.

…Despite overwhelming support and popularity, a federal court of appeals ruled that a legal definition of marriage as one man and one woman is somehow unconstitutional. And now the ruling is being appealed to the Supreme Court. Public Advocate has gathered hundreds of thousands of signatures to submit along with an amicus (Friend of the Court) brief in defense of Prop 8 once the Court starts proceedings.

But in just the past few weeks, I have filed two additional amicus briefs to assist in pro-Family battles. On August 2nd, Public Advocate submitted a brief asking the Courts to hold President Obama accountable for his refusal to enforce the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). It’s been more than a year since he declared that he would change the nation’s laws by presidential decree, yet he has faced no punishment for this illegal action. Public Advocate has also filled a brief opposing the activist ruling of Massachusetts’s First Circuit Court of Appeals. The First Court has tried to rule that DOMA is unconstitutional.

My friend, the fate of our nation is truly hanging in the balance right now. But I am confident that the amicus briefs Public Advocate has submitted will make a difference. When the Boy Scouts were forced to defend their moral leadership policy, Public Advocate’s amicus brief played a key role in their victory.

Of course, you know what eases his mind, don’t you?

P.S. Please prayerfully consider chipping in with a donation of $10 or more to help Public Advocate fight for traditional values.

You-know-who is crowing over his big win in Tennessee.

Tennessee Kingmaker

The Democratic Party establishment from Tennessee to Washington is in political collapse today because of Public Advocate supporter and volunteer Mark Clayton. You see, Mark has won the Democratic nomination for the U.S. Senate in TN to face establishment Senator Bob Corker in November.

This is a major blow for the Homosexual Lobby and their allies entrenched in the Democratic Party’s leadership. In the run up to the primary, Mark openly stood up for true marriage and the Family. It was not a secret or a trick. When given the opportunity to listen without the heavy-handed tactics of the party leadership, even most Democrats believe in true marriage and the Family.

Public Advocate is barred from endorsing candidates and campaigns. And if it wasn’t for recent events, I wouldn’t mention this race to you. But the Democratic leadership has now disavowed Mark and attacked him over his affiliation with your Public Advocate. As expected, they refer to your Public Advocate as a “hate group”. And they are branding anyone who stands with us as “bigots” and “hate-mongers.”

Eugene Delgaudio’s Public Advocate is, in fact, an SPLC-designated anti-gay hate group. Clayton is the organization’s vice president. He is also the Democratic nominee for Tennessee’s U.S. Senate race. The Tennessee state Democratic Party has issued a statement:

Mark Clayton is associated with a known hate group in Washington, D.C., and the Tennessee Democratic Party disavows his candidacy, will not do anything to promote or support him in any way, and urges Democrats to write-in a candidate of their choice in November.

Meanwhile, Delgaudio, naturally, closes his email with:

P.S. Please prayerfully consider chipping in with a donation of $10 or more to help Public Advocate fight for traditional values.

Far right Republican Bob Corker is your best Tennessee Senate choice

Timothy Kincaid

August 6th, 2012

Republican Senator Bob Corker is opposed to marriage equality. He supports a constitutional amendment to make sure that gay people cannot have equality in any state. He opposed lifting the ban on open service in the military. He is not by any means a friend to the gay community.

About the only remotely pro-gay position that Corker has ever taken was saying that he would be “open to looking at” civil unions provided that they were limited to certain rights (e.g. hospital visitation) and resembled marriage in no way at all.

In other words, just about the only way that Corker could possibly be the best choice for gay voters would be if the Democrats selected a challenger who was an anti-gay activist affiliated with an actual anti-gay hate group.

Which they just did.

Send funds to elect my very own personal Senator.

Mark Clayton, the Democratic Party nominee for Corker’s senate seat, is the Vice President of Public Advocate of the United States. Public Advocate (better known as Eugene Delgaudio’s alter-ego) has been determined by the Southern Poverty Law Center to be an anti-gay hate group. (Who knew Delgaudio had a Vice President?)

It seems that Clayton used that title to lobby for Tennessee’s “Don’t Say Gay” bill last year. (Who knew that Public Advocate actually advocated for anything?)

Of course Tennessee Democrats didn’t intend to select an anti-gay activist to represent their party. They really didn’t set out to elect anyone in particular to that nominal task. Clayton was just listed first on the ballot.

And now they are trying to figure out how to get rid of him. So far, there doesn’t seem to be any way to do so and it’s pretty much a foregone conclusion that Corker will win reelection regardless of who the Democrats nominated.

But until such time as there is some other option at the ballot box (I don’t know if Tennessee allows write in votes) gay voters are best served by voting for Bob Corker. The fewer votes for Eugene Delgaudio’s side-kick, the better.

This email comes from a mysterious “Barry Caron, Attorney at Law,” whose practice is utterly invisible to Google.

The mysterious "Barry Caron"

** CONFIDENTIAL ** To Public Advocate supporters only:

Government agencies threaten legal action against Public Advocate of the U.S. over correspondence Mr. Delgaudio has sent to you. Mr. Delgaudio has told me that he cannot give up communication to you, that every Public Advocate member is vital to his efforts in Congress. That’s why he has hired me to evaluate the legal threat posed by these agencies and the bureaucrats that run them.

I am convinced Mr. Delgaudio has done nothing wrong. Unfortunately, right and wrong do not always matter to government bureaucrats.  That’s why I have informed Mr. Delgaudio that if he chooses to stand up to these threats, the consequences could be severe. The legal costs alone could be enormous. Public Advocate could even be forced to close its doors before a court rules in its favor (which I think is very likely). Unless members like you are 100% committed to supporting Public Advocate this year, I believe that Eugene Delgaudio has no choice but to shut down Public Advocate’s battle to stop the Homosexual Lobby.

If, on the other hand, every Public Advocate member is truly committed to support Mr. Delgaudio’s efforts, I believe the battle can be won. Mr. Delgaudio needs to hear back from you today so he can decide what to do next.  Please read his email here and let him know.

Now when I was brought up, I was taught that when someone gets married, you say congratulations (or, as the case may be, mazel tov!). But then, not everyone was brought up the way I was.

It looks like someone didn't get an invite.

On July 7, Barney Frank shocked the nation by becoming the first Congressman in history to enter into a homosexual “marriage.” It is just outrageous my friend.

The timing of this insult to American values is not coincidental. With Obama’s recent public endorsement of homosexual “marriage,” the Homosexual Lobby and their allies in government are pushing hard to pass the Offense of Marriage Act before this year is over.

The “wedding” was officiated by the governor of Massachusetts and attended by Nancy Pelosi and John Kerry — all key elected allies of the radical Homosexual Agenda.

The radical homosexuals and their agents are desperate to pass as many pieces of radical legislation as they can before the elections shake things up.

Frank’s “marriage” to Mr. Jim Ready was a calculated move to forward the homosexual “marriage” agenda while undermining the Defense of Marriage Act.

This will likely be the most dangerous year the American Family has ever faced. It is up to you and me to make sure that their dream of national homosexual “marriage” never comes true.

And, of course, you know the tagline:

Oh boy! I'm in the big leagues now!

Jim,

I recently made headlines on the Huffington Post — one of the biggest liberal news sources — for speaking against Obama’s betrayal of Americans over real marriage. He has tried to cover up his flip flop on homosexual “marriage” by describing it as evolution — and I called him out on it.

You and I both know that he has been working to further homosexual “marriage” for years while continually telling his supporters otherwise — this just makes it official. The Homosexual Lobby couldn’t be happier to have a President who openly supports their agenda, but they are also worried.

They know that many in the Obama camp only supported him because they believed he would defend marriage. Well his deceit is finally public for everyone to see. And I will not let the leftist elite like the Huffington Post stop me from speaking out about it.

While I am frustrated with those who unknowingly put a radical homosexual activist in the White House, I cannot help feeling sorry for them as well. They were all deceived.

If it weren't for my emails asking for money, who knows what would have happened.

“Sodomy is not a civil right.”

I’m proud to say these words were spoken by Virginia Delegate Bob Marshall on national media following a critical victory for the Family and Public Advocate.

You see, last week pro-Family activists derailed a plot to set up a radical homosexual as judge in Virginia.  Speaker Bill Howell and other members of the Republican controlled House tried to appease the Homosexual Lobby by allowing this nomination to go forward unopposed. Thankfully Bob Marshall alerted my office in time for me to rally Public Advocate’s Virginia supporters.

And then we buried Richmond in phone calls.

We sent a message that Virginians will not tolerate the appointment of a judge who openly supports the imposition of homosexual marriage by any means necessary.

The story of our fight has now gone nation-wide.

The Homosexual Lobby is furious that you and I blocked the appointment of a key judge for their agenda. And they are venting their wrath at Bob Marshall for leading the charge.

And by the way…

P.S. Please prayerfully consider chipping in with a donation of $10 or more to help Public Advocate fight for traditional values.

Also, by the way, according to his 2009 tax returns, spent zero — yes zero! — dollars on lobbying, but a hell of a lot on emails and fundraising — and on “management fees” to Eugene Delgaudio & Associates, Inc.

Let's just make stuff up and see if anyone notices.

The National Day of Prayer was just two days ago. And all this week my heart and prayers have been drawn to the struggle in Washington State. Right now, brave pro-Family activists are fighting to gather enough signatures to place real marriage on the November ballot.

Already more than a hundred thousand people have taken the step to place them name on the referendum.

But while Public Advocate is sending letters to a thousand churches and community leaders asking for their support — the Homosexual Lobby has launched a website to advertise the names and home addresses of every Washingtonian who signs in support of real marriage…

…and they are calling on their hordes of supporters to attack the brave signers anyway they can.

They tried these same tactics in California over Prop 8 and countless people were hurt by their terror campaign.

On this special week I ask that you pray for our struggle in Washington that we might defend real marriage. But I also ask that you pray for those fighting against us; pray that they handle themselves with greater restraint and compassion and even that they renounce this fight altogether.

…P.S. Please prayerfully consider chipping in with a donation of $10 or more to help Public Advocate fight for traditional values.

We are still waiting on independently verified reports of that phantom “terror campaign.”

Everybody's after me.

It wasn’t that long ago that the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) launched an online petition to have Public Advocate banned from the internet — banned from sending any emails at all. But now the Homosexual Lobby has upped the ante through their allies at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). According to the SPLC, Public Advocate is a hate group. They claim that our defense of true marriage and traditional morals is an act of hate and offensive to homosexuals. They have placed Public Advocate on its Watch List and announced to every radical homosexual and sympathizer that I have to be stopped at all cost.

With our looming victory in Tennessee and the growing fights for real marriage in Maryland, Washington and California — we have become Enemy #1. And now even silencing us is not safe enough for them. With the SPLC leading the charge, they want to destroy Public Advocate once and for all.

…With the SPLC’s declaration of war, the entire radical Liberal Lobby is taking aim at me. Big Media has taken SPLC’s side — repeating the same unfounded accusations and outright lies — while leaders in the Democrat Party have launched public smear campaigns against me personally. They want to destroy my credibility and my mission.

And so I have a personal request of you today Jim.

You get only one guess as to what that request is.

I still see huddling homosexuals. Send money.

Starting Monday I am going to have to start making some tough decisions about which bills to pay — and which programs to put on hold. This weekend is the last chance for you and I to hit our goal.

I know we’ve come so far already — you might be tempted to say “close enough.” But we are still over $30,000 short of our goal… money that Public Advocate desperately needs.

Last year I was forced to spend more than ever to hold off the Radical Homosexual Lobby. And this yaer (sic) is shaping up to be even more active. So, if you haven’t already, please read my email below. And then prayerfully consider making a donation today.

The “email below” is a resend of this one. I predict he’ll declare victory over the huddled homosexuals on Monday

I see huddling homosexuals. Send me 20 bucks.

Dear Jim,

It’s hard to write you this. My office is in trouble.  And I need your help. I have been working overtime fighting against the radical Homosexual Lobby.

Today, I’m worried.

Despite passing Thought Control and repealing Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, the radical Homosexual Lobby is drooling for more this year in Congress. And with this Congress, they have adopted new tactics.

I see well-known agents of the radical Homosexual Lobby everywhere. They are huddled in dark corners scheming and plotting.  They meet secretly with members of Congress in hopes of tempting them to advance their perverse agenda with campaign cash and the promise of votes.

This, in spite of the fact that we’ve defeated a major portion of the Homosexual Lobby’s perverse agenda in the past. Together, we held off the Gay Bill of Special Rights in 2011, and cut off the efforts of pro-homosexual Obama White House, but we had to spend everything to do it. The Homosexual Lobby knows this, and it knows as well as you or me that if we can’t finance ourselves, we won’t be able to stand up to them in the future.

That’s why I need to ask you today to seriously consider making an emergency contribution to Public Advocate.  Even a donation of $20 or $40 would make a huge difference.

It’s been a while since I posted one of these:

Why won't they listen to me?

Times are more desperate than ever. The Radical Homosexual Lobby has forced homosexual “marriage” upon two more states. In just the past few weeks, both Washington State and Maryland have acted to mandate homosexual “marriage.”

These are particularly bitter losses to me… Just last year you and I fought the Homosexual Lobby to a standstill in Maryland’s House and forced the legislators to reject homosexual “marriage.” And only days before the Washington state senate cast their vote, Public Advocates supporters launched a blistering phone campaign demanding a halt to this legislation. Regretfully, they did not listen.

Legislators in both states willfully ignored the wishes of the constituents — and the cries from pro-Family Americans across the nation — in order to appease a radical minority and their bloated bank accounts.

…You see, this is their grand strategy. Homosexual “marriage” by legislative decree. The Radical Homosexual Lobby knows that they will never win the support of mainstream America. But, they can buy off a few politicians in each state. This is exactly how homosexual “marriage” was passed in New York last summer — backroom deals and homosexual slush funds. I’m afraid to say it, but this strategy is the most dangerousone I have ever seen them try.

He ends with this: “Chipping in only $20 will allow Public Advocate to reach up to a thousand people or more with online alerts.” Which, of course, is just about all he does.

But hey, congrats on the SPLC shout-out.

The Eleven New Additions to the SPLC’s Anti-Gay Hate Groups List

Jim Burroway

March 8th, 2012

The revision came out this morning, but at the time I didn’t know who was new and who wasn’t among the now 26 hate anti-gay hate groups. Based on this cache from archive.org, these are the additions:

  • United Families International, Gilbert, AZ. (Carol Soelberg)
  • Save California, Sacramento, CA. (Randy Thomasson)
  • SonsOfThundr / Faith Baptist Church, Primrose, GA (Billy and Sandra Ball)
  • You Can Run, But You Cannot Hide, Annandale, MN (Bradlee Dean)
  • Parents Action League, Champlin, MN (Note, this is the group that fought anti-bullying programs at the Anoka-Hennepin Independent School District)
  • Jewish Political Action Committee, Brooklyn, NY.
  • Windsor Hills Baptist Church, Oklahoma City (Tom Vinyard)
  • Misson: America, Columbus, OH (Linda Harvey)
  • True Light Pentecost Church, Spartanburg, SC (H. Walker)
  • Tom Brown Ministries, El Paso, TX.
  • Public Advocate of the United States, Falls Church, VA (Eugene Delgaudio)

The San Diego-based Biblical Family Associates is no longer on the list this year. It appears to be inactive. Sandy, Utah-based America Forever has also been dropped after reportedly disbanding in 2010.

M.I.A.

Jim,

I hate to say it, but I’m not surprised…

The courts have ruled against the Family once again.

California’s Proposition 8, the ballot referendum to preserve real marriage as one man and one woman, has been ruled illegal by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

But it’s not over yet my friend.

Allies of the Family are already moving to appeal this decision to a higher court.

…I am proud to say that Public Advocate will be standing by to assist them in any way possible in the coming months and years.

Right. I’m sure your allies are waiting breathlessly by the phone for your assistance. As far as I can tell, he’s had zero involvement in California. Nevertheless…

P.S. Please prayerfully consider chipping in with a donation of $10 or more to help Public Advocate fight for traditional values.
