As we expected, ABC is reporting that Lisa Miller did not appear at her court appointed time to turn custody of Isabella over to Janet Jenkins.
Lisa Miller, 41, of Winchester, Va., was ordered by a Vermont family court judge in November to hand over her daughter Isabella by 1 p.m. to Janet Jenkins , 45, of Fairhaven, Vt.
But according to Jenkins’ lawyer, Miller failed to show up.
“Janet is quite distressed and she notified the police,” said Sarah Star, Jenkins’ Vermont lawyer. “She is concerned about Isabella’s safety and Ms. Miller’s mental stability.”

Anti-gay activists often charge that gay men and women pose a threat to children. We have kept Lisa and Isabella in our prayers since learning of the atrocious judgement of the Vermont Family Court.
Godspeed Lisa and Isabella. May you find safe haven, so that Isabella may grow up in peace with stability.
It is with growing horror and trepidation that I see our once great nation’s social services and family courts systematically attack the family unit.
Each parent should strive with due diligence to avoid the attention of these destructive forces within our faltering civilization. They operate outside and above our constitution, and there is little hope of redress for their victims.
May God help us all.

Elizabeth Conley would not be supporting Lisa if Lisa were the one who was a lesbian, dragging her daughter into a world of hiding against the law, and Janet were the one who “renounced homosexuality.” And in her Bible, they call *us Jews* the hypocrites.
