Anti-gay activists often charge that gay men and women pose a threat to children. *If* it is a TM it would be interesting, where he has registered it. I didn’t find it in USPTO’s database and neither in the international TM database.

It’s against the law to use “(R)” (R in circle) or “TM” or similar designations if the trademark isn’t actually registered but I have no idea, how the legal procedure against illegal usage is in the United States.

Oh, gosh! I’d forgotten about this twerp. He was laugh-fodder about a decade ago, and I didn’t know he was still thriving.
I’m sorely tempted to cough up the $10, although AIDS LifeCycle (in California, at least) supports only one SF and one LA organization(s), which I find frustrating, as the money gets sucked from some fairly hard-hit non-urban areas and does not return in the form of any services.
However, the ten bucks might be worth it. Finding out if Rob Tisinai’s Demon Test® (or mine) reveals him (or me or anyone) to be the Devil Incarnate® (I love those ‘registered’ marks) . . . priceless.

I also used to listen to Larson. He was prepetually in fundraising mode and he did on-air “exorcisms”. I also went one of his sessions when he was on the road. He was just as much a money grubbing carney show as he was on the air.
