You mean in the same way we really don’t “hate” the Muslims that are building near ground zero?

What a creepy, creepy man. He just screams “come to daddy.”

what useful footage for an appeal to show animus.

David

Another thought:

Someone should begin collecting every example of animus from anti-same-sex marriage proponents, particularly that which is directly linked to NOM and other official proponents, making it available publically and to any attorney seeking to overthrow anti-same-sex marriage laws.

We should also accumulate all evidence that the opposition to equal rights for GLBTQ people that reflects conservative religious beliefs.

The guy behind the camera was a lot more polite than I would have been. I don’t suffer morons.

I would have calmly stated my sincere believe that willfully stupid people are an abomination and a waste of sperm and egg and then promptly walked away.

Sounds like a couple of my late uncles. At least that guy had his agenda figured out – state-sponsored sodomy. Sally Kern went on about a homosexual millionaires who were trying to get ‘freedom and equality for everyone.’ I guess she doesn’t think that is what America is about.

As I’m fond of saying, “You can’t fix stupid.”

I usually say that in jest, but there’s truth to it. Some people are just stupid, enjoy being stupid, sharing their opinion with other like minded stupid people, and won’t ever change no matter how much information or reason they’re presented with.

You just can’t fix stupid.

“AIDS is.”

Well that’s nice.

August 17th, 2010

That little shrug after the interviewer says “I don’t have AIDS” says it all.

What do you mean, you don’t have AIDS? You’re a homosexual, aren’t you?

Ugh. As for a collection of animus and religious arguments, I nominate Jeremy Hooper.

“That’s what I was told…” typical religious train of thought. Conditioned minds are useless and a total waste of space.

Typical. Way too interested in the mechanics of gay and lesbian sex. If the right of marriage were contingent on whether or not the majority of straight males were attracted to (and not repulsed by) the sex act, lesbians could have married like 40 years ago. And gay guys would have a long long wait.

The guy needs to be concerned about the condition of his teeth.

Instead of his faux outrage to cover up his closeted lifestyle and self loathing.

Le ciel est bleu pour nous, l’enfer sera rouge pour les homophobes.

The interviewer has more patience than me. The fact that there are still people out there like this man is haunting. I would personally love for him to go missing.

Slouching Towards Kampala: Uganda’s Deadly Embrace of Hate

Paul Cameron’s World

In 2005, the Southern Poverty Law Center wrote that “[Paul] Cameron’s ‘science’ echoes Nazi Germany.” What the SPLC didn”t know was Cameron doesn’t just “echo” Nazi Germany. He quoted extensively from one of the Final Solution’s architects. This puts his fascination with quarantines, mandatory tattoos, and extermination being a “plausible idea” in a whole new and deeply disturbing light.

On February 10, I attended an all-day “Love Won Out” ex-gay conference in Phoenix, put on by Focus on the Family and Exodus International.
